There were multiple issues and varying degrees of repairs needed to each one. We were on a tight time frame that they were able to meet. The workers were friendly and did meticulous work. I would highly recommend Adriatic Restoration Corp. as a masonry contractor and project manager. They were able to complete a façade demo and restoration job, matching the existing façade and improving the integrity of the façade structure by tying it back to the building wall core. This was all done while keeping the building entrance open and the residents and customers safe at all times. They also managed to coordinate all permits and MPT requirements with the Borough in a timely manner keeping the job on schedule. They also managed to complete the job below the project budget due to the experience for their management team and site foreman being able to manage unforeseen conditions and being proactive.

I manage a 30 unit, five story, brick structure in Bayonne NJ. For many years we had horrible leaks in various apartments during wind and driving rain. Two water-proofing companies and an Engineer could not solve our water problem. Then, we called Adriatic. We have used Adriatic Restoration for several repair jobs on our building in Wallington, NJ and have been pleased with the results. I am president of the board for a 21-unit condominium apartment building. For my first 10 years here, we brought in various contractors to try and fix horrible water leaks coming in around many of the windows. Various fixes were attempted by different contractors, including waterproofing the entire building - which was a huge expense. None of the contractors could fix the issue, and the costs added up. Then we were introduced to Steve from Adriatic Restoration. He took the time to evaluate the issue and his team discovered the problem. It was in how these affected windows were originally manufactured kept sending water to units below. His skilled team came up with a plan and went to work correcting the issue and they also repaired the many years of water damage around these windows. The resulting repairs were done so well that its undetectable anything was ever wrong there. We have since reached out to Steve and used Adriatic in subsequent building maintenance projects. Finding a contractor you can rely on to do it right the first time is not easy. I highly recommend them.

Adriatic Restoration Corp was recommended to our association a few years ago to repair the exterior EIFS stucco on our buildings. I must say they exceeded our expectations at every level, they were neat, professional and extremely safe. It took them several months to complete the job and I must say, they not only repaired the damaged stucco, but also corrected many areas that originally caused the cracks and leaks. Up to today, I have not seen one crack come back and we had plenty of them throughout the complex. I thank Steven and his men for a job well done. We are now hiring them again to repair, correct and waterproof our balconies.

I met up with Adriatic several years ago, I came from another facility to manage a high rise in Fort Lee, NJ. Upon meeting Adriatic for the first time I was skeptical of the company, because I never worked or heard of them. After working for a while with them, I noticed something that I have very rarely seen in contractors, is that all their employees really do care. Not only did I see them perform their work professionally, but they saved us money overall. This example is particular to this job, on our plaza deck, there was a deteriorating waterproof membrane under the wearing slab and we were getting water into our garage below, few companies suggested to remove the complete slab and apply a new membrane and wearing concrete slab. Adriatic came up with a brilliant idea and installed vents under the wearing slab surface and then applied a urethane waterproofing system on top, needless to say, they saved us a lot of money. They have worked on our plaza deck, parking garage and balconies.
